“Nutritious Healthy Crunchy Palak (Spinach) Raita” is a refreshing and healthy side dish that combines the goodness of fresh spinach with the creamy richness of yogurt.
The recipe is one of the common dish often serves in SSY (Siddh Smadhi Yoga) classes. where the recipe took a healthy twist by incorporating green spinach along with cashew nuts and walnuts. The combination of fresh spinach with the creamy yogurt creates a smooth and refreshing base, while the addition of cashew nuts and walnuts adds a delightful crunch and richness. These nuts not only enhance the flavor but also provide a boost of healthy fats, making the raita both nutritious and delicious.
I often enjoy spinach raita for breakfast, as it provides a light yet nutritious start to the day. The combination of creamy yogurt, fresh spinach, and the crunch of cashews and walnuts makes it both satisfying and healthy. This version of spinach raita has since become one of my favorite recipes to serve as a wholesome side dish.
