Nowadays we enjoy soup everyday; soup lends a punch to energy levels, low in fat and high in fiber.
“Drumstick soup/Moringa Soup” is a nourishing, flavorful, and health-boosting dish made from the moringa pods of the moringa tree, often called the “miracle tree” for its incredible nutritional value.
In Tamil culture, there’s a saying that using moringa every day helps maintain youthfulness, and it’s common to find a moringa plant in almost every houses.
Inspired by this tradition, I also use moringa in many ways, and turning it into a warm, comforting soup has become one of my favorites. Light yet packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, this soup is not only wholesome but also a delicious way to enjoy the benefits of this wonderful plant.
In my kitchens; I prepared many recipes like Moringa chi bhaji, Tender Drum Stick Do Pyaza, Tender Drum Stick Chokha, Drum Stick Pulp Ki Sabji, Tender Drum Stick and Potato Sabji, Tender Drum Stick and Potato in Mustard Sauce, Drum Stick in Mustard Sauce, Drum Stick and Potato Sabji, Tender Drum Stick Pickle, etc.
moringa finds its way into sambars, stir-fries, chutneys, and soups, reflecting both its versatility and its cultural importance. Moringa soup, in particular, is cherished for its ability to nourish and energize, making it perfect for all ages. Served as a starter or a light meal, it’s a bowl of wellness rooted in tradition.
