Ingredients:
- Flax seed: 3 table spoon
- Peanuts: 1/3 cup
- Fresh coriander leaves: 50 gm.
- Green chilli: 2-3 no.
- Lemon: 1 no.
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
- Water: as per requirement
For seasoning:
- Mustard seed oil: half teaspoon
- Oil: 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
- Dry roast flax seed, keep aside.
- Dry roast peanuts, keep aside.
- Chop green chilli and coriander leaf roughly, keep aside.
Method:
- Put all ingredients for the chutney in mixer- grinder; grind to this, adding water as required.
- Now chutney is ready; add lemon juice, mix well.
For seasoning:
- Heat oil in a fry-pan; add mustard seeds, when they sputtered, put off the flame.
- Add this as a garnish to the chutney.
