Ingredients:
- Curd: 500 gm.
- Onion: 1no. (Medium size)
- Capsicum: 1no. (Medium size)
- Paneer (Cottage cheese): 100 gm.
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Sandwich bread: 8-10 slices
- Butter: 50 gm
Preparation:
- Chop onion, capsicum into fine pieces, Keep aside.
- Chop paneer into small cube, keep aside.
For making hung curd:
- Put soup strainers (sieve) over serving bowl; put a muslin cloth; add curd.
- Keep it in the refrigerator overnight or for 5-6 hours. hung curd is ready to use.
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl, Put Hung curd, chopped Capsicum, Onion, Paneer,
- Salt and Pepper; give good mix. Stuffing is ready to prepare the sandwich.
- Take 2 slices of bread, spread butter on both sides of breads; put stuffing and spread evenly. Cover the stuffing with another bread slice.
- Now toast it in a toaster/griller; Toast till it become brown in colour. Transfer and serve with Kalongi Tamatar ki Chutney or chutney/ dip of your choice.
