In our household, sponge gourd chutney has become a favorite, particularly for my son and husband, who both prefer it over the traditional sabji. The flavour of the chutney, enhanced with garlic and green chilies, create a delicious and refreshing condiment that pairs perfectly with various dishes. Its smooth texture and zesty taste make it an appealing alternative to the usual vegetable preparations. Whether served with Rice, Rotis.
