Ingredients:
- Lemon grass: 4-5 leaves
- Mint leaves: 7-9 leaves
- Indian basil: 5-7 leaves
- Fennel seed: 1 teaspoon
- Ginger: 1”piece
- Water: 2 cups
- Jaggery/Honey: 2 tablespoon
- Lemon: 1 no.
Preparation:
- Clean all the leaves, keep aside.
- Crush the ginger into motor and pestle, keep aside.
Method:
- Boil the water; put all ingredients except lime and honey. Let it boil for couple of minute, put off the flame and cover for a while. Strain and add honey and half of the lemon juice, decorate with basil leaf, serve hot.
