The basic ingredients “Kachchi/Hari Imli “ from the recipe “Kchhi/Hari Imli ki Chutney(Raw Tender Tamarind Chutney)” reminded me those simple days of childhood and I wish to go that era. I was wandering or roaming in the street to my small town for just picking some kachchi imli, when I used to go to primary school, I used to eat this green tamarind with salt.
Last year in winter, I had been in my hometown village. We basked in the sunshine on the terrace, saw a tamarind tree near by with lots of produce. It was perfect time to prepare the recipe, because fresh raw tamarind is available only in winter.
Village style finger licking tangy, spicy🌶️, and sweet Chutney is very easy to prepare, delicious in taste, which is rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants…
