Recently when I was hosting a couple for dinner, I prepared a refreshing and flavourful “Paneer Tikka Salad (paneer Tikka Dry)” that brought together smoky paneer cubes, crunchy vegetables and nuts.
The balance of spices and freshness made it not just delicious but also satisfying. My friends and family truly appreciated the dish and enjoyed every bite, making the meal, feel even more special.
This salad turned out to be the perfect way to serve something wholesome yet festive, and it left everyone asking for more.
To make my Paneer Tikka Salad more vibrant and appealing, I added three coloured bell peppers; red, yellow, and green along with cashew nuts.
The sweetness of the bell peppers perfectly balanced the spicy, tangy flavours of the tikka, while their crunch added a refreshing texture to the salad.
The mix of colours not only made the dish look festive and appetising but also enhanced its nutritional value. When served at dinner, this colourful salad became the highlight of the table and my family and friends truly enjoyed every bite.
