Raw mango chatney

Ingredients:

  • Raw mango: half cup (shredded)
  • Onion: half
  • Garlic: 2 pods
  •  Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon (roasted)
  • Black salt: half teaspoon
  • Salt:  half teaspoon (as per taste)
  • Green chilli: 2 no. (As per taste)
  • Cumin seed powder: 1 teaspoon (roasted)
  • Mustard oil/olive oil: 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

  1. Peel and chop  raw mango into small pieces, keep aside.

Method:

  1. Grind all ingredients together except oil with help of required quantities of water for about a minute; make fine paste, add oil mix well.
  2. Chatpati “Raw Mango chutney” is ready to serve with breakfast or meal.
