This year on the occasion of Satuani festival; I prepared a refreshing sweet sattu drink with a special twist by adding cashew, almond, and green cardamom powder. The richness of dry fruits enhanced the taste, while the aroma of cardamom made it even more delightful. This nutritious and cooling drink was perfect for the summer season and added a festive touch.
You may use cold milk instead of water to prepare the sweet sattu drink for a richer and more delicious taste, adding ice cubes makes it even more refreshing. The chilled milk gives a creamy texture, while the ice enhances the cooling effect, making it perfect for hot summer days.
When blended with cashew, almond, and green cardamom powder, the drink becomes flavourful, aromatic, and highly nutritious. This refreshing variation not only elevates the taste but also makes it an ideal festive drink for Satuani
