Here is dry grapes refresher (resin refresher) recipe…
The “Dry grapes refresher (rasin cooler)”, is a traditional Indian summer drink cherished for its natural sweetness and cooling properties. Prepared by soaking dry grapes (raisins) and blending them into a smooth, refreshing beverage, this cooler has been valued for generations as both a thirst-quencher and a natural energy booster.
Raisins, being rich in iron, natural sugars, and essential minerals, provide instant vitality while helping to keep the body hydrated during hot weather.
Traditionally served during scorching summer afternoons or as a fasting refreshment, this drink embodies the wisdom of using simple pantry ingredients to beat the heat. Its naturally mild flavor can be enhanced with a touch of saffron or lemon juice, making it both nutritious and delightful.
Ingredient:
- Raisin: 15-20
- Lemon: half
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Water/ice cubes: 1 glass/8-10
Preparation:
- Soak the raisin 6-7 hours or overnight.
Method:
- Crush this soaked raisin into the blender along with water/ice cubes, add lime juice and honey as per your taste.
- Serve.
