Here  is Herbal tea (Yoga tea) recipe…

Ingredients:

  • Honey: 2 tablespoon
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Ginger: 1”piece
  • Fennel seed: 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin: 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander seeds: 2 tablespoon
  • Milk: 2 tablespoon (as per taste)

Preparation:

  1. Dry roast coriander, cumin and fennel seed, make powder in a grinder, store in air tight container.
  2. Crush the ginger into motor and pestle, keep aside.

Method:

  1. For making tea, boil the water, add full spoon of the roasted and ground powder and crushed ginger, boil again for couple of minutes, put off the flame and cover for a while. Strain the tea add honey and milk, serve immediately.
  2. Note: you  may serve with lemon juice.
