Cabbage aaloo(potato) ki sabji

“Cabbage Aloo (Potato) ki Sabji” is a classic Indian vegetable dish. This simple yet delicious sabji is a staple in many Indian households, cooked with a blend of aromatic spices like cumin, turmeric, and coriander, this dish is a delightful accompaniment to Roti, Paratha, or Rice.

I added fresh cream to bring a rich and creamy texture to the dish. The addition of fresh cream elevates the simplicity of cabbage and potatoes, giving the sabji a luxurious, velvety finish.

This creamy version of Cabbage Aloo ki Sabji is a delightful twist on the traditional recipe, making it even more indulgent and satisfying. Whether served with roti, paratha, or as a side dish with rice, the fresh cream adds a touch of elegance to this everyday favourite.
