Bitter gourd ka bhujia (without onion)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1.  Chop bitter gourd into small pieces.
  2.  Cook and boil this bitter gourd with half teaspoon of salt. Till it becomes soft.
  3. Strain water with the help of strainer. Keep aside.

Method:

  1. Take wok, put oil in it, when smoke comes from the oil add fennel seed.
  2. Wait for few seconds, it starts sputtering.
  3. Now add bitter gourd, stir them.
  4. Add all powder masala and keep stirring.
  5. Fry till it become light brown in color and water dries up.
  6. Now bitter gourd bhujia is ready to serve with hot roti or as a side dish.
