Phalahari Thali 10 (Navratri Fast)

In the auspices occasion of Navratri mostly people eat one time, who observe fast. It is important to take healthy meal as well as balanced diet with all nutrients. Keeping this in mind I prepared this  special fasting festival “Phalahari Thali10”; which is customised  not only with Aaloo Kadhi but lots of fresh fruits and dry fruits also. At last completed the Thali by adding salted Lassi.

Unique tasty little millet upma is healthier than normal Sooji (Semolina) upma. Little millet is considered as super food, which is full of protein, carbohydrates and fibre.

Salted lassi is curd based recipe, good for gut. Potato kadhi is full of carbohydrates gives energy.
